AI recommendations are suggestions

The AI photo assessment uses an automated AI model to suggest a service, add-ons and a cleaning checklist from your photos. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a quote, a confirmed price or a guarantee of what our team will do.

Our team reviews every request and confirms the service, scope and price with you before your cleaning.

What to upload

Only upload photos of the areas to be cleaned that you have the right to share. Please avoid photos showing people, documents, or other personal or sensitive information.

How photos are handled

Photos submitted to the AI assessment are sent to an AI model provider through Lovable's AI service to generate your results, and are not saved to a booking.

Photos uploaded with a booking request are stored privately and viewed only by authorized team administrators to prepare your estimate.
