Information you give us

Booking requests: name, email, phone, service address, city and ZIP, service type, frequency, home size, condition, pets, add-ons, preferred dates and arrival window, special instructions, the estimated price shown to you, and any photos you upload.

Free estimate requests: name, email, phone, ZIP code, service and property details you enter.

Commercial inquiries: company and contact name, email, phone, property type, square footage, frequency and scope notes.

AI photo assessment: the photos and optional notes you submit for analysis.

How we use it

To review and respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and confirm service, and contact you about your request. We do not sell your information.

We do not currently send marketing emails or text messages through this website.

Service providers we use

Lovable (website hosting, database and private photo storage).

Google (Google Sheets, where a copy of each request is stored for our team, and Gmail, used to send our team internal alerts about new requests).

An AI model provider accessed through Lovable's AI service, used only to analyze photos you submit to the AI photo assessment.

Photos

Photos uploaded with a booking request are stored privately. Only authorized team administrators can view them, through links that expire after a short time.

Photos submitted to the AI photo assessment are sent for analysis to produce your recommendations and are not saved to your booking unless you upload them in the booking form.

Cookies and sign-in

Team members who sign in to our private team portal use browser storage to stay signed in. Customers do not need an account to use this website.
